Welcome 2025 Vendors

If your name and business are on this list, we have received your application and payment, and we have approved you.



Festival Registration Information

  • We will not accept any phone calls to confirm Food or Marketplace Vendor Applications.
    • View the list below to confirm whether you have completed the registration process and have a spot.
    • If you’re not on the list, you have missed a part of the registration process or were not approved.
  • If you have any questions about the registration process, or if it has been more than three business days and you are not on the list or haven’t received an invoice.
    • Please email vardamansweetpotatofestival@gmail.com.
  • AGAIN, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY PHONE CALLS. We usually will respond to all emails within 1-2 Business Days.



Festival Check-In Information

  • Registration will begin at 4:00 a.m. on the day of the festival.
  • Vendors will not receive their spot number until Check-In. (DON’T ASK)
  • You MUST be set up and vehicles off the street by 7 a.m.
  • NO VENDORS will be allowed in after 6:30 a.m.
  • When you arrive, you will be asked to unload your vehicle completely first and then park it before setting up your booth. 
  • Food Vendors may set up on Friday, October 31st, 2025, from Noon until 8 p.m.
    • Food Vendors checking in on Friday can come to the Fire Department for instructions.
    • ALL Food Vendors with a trailer must check in on Friday.



Festival Check-Out Information

  • The festival will last until 3:00 p.m. (NO EARLY breakdown or loading-up.)
  • All Vendors will be required to fill out a tax form before leaving the festival.
  • Sales Tax: The Mississippi Tax Commission requires a 7% sales tax on all items sold. Festival volunteers will give you a tax form envelope at check-in.
  • Sales tax must be brought to the Fire Department by 3:00 p.m. on the day of the festival.
  • Payment should be made by check payable to VSPF (Vardaman Sweet Potato Festival) or by cash.
    • A notification will be made to the Department of Revenue if taxes are not collected or forms are not submitted.
    • Additionally, if you fail to pay your sales tax, you will not be invited or allowed to return in the future.

Check-In will take Place in Front of Napa Auto Parts.

Vendors must enter from Highway 8.
